Help with fuse location ?

Hi all. I have a hymer mlt 630 2017 on a merc sprinter chassis. After upgrading the firmware on my alpine x902d s906 radio unit various controls and features have stopped working. Alpine support have told me to hard power it off by removing the fuse. Now the merc fuse booklet tells me the radio is no. 13 on the fuse box located in the passenger footwell. Removed that and the radio was still playing! So any ides what fuse it will be please, there is an additional fuse box under the drivers seat, I have read both fuse layouts twice and I'm now stumped...lol

Depends.where installer might have piggy backed the fuse? Can't you pull the head unit and disconnect at the back? They often have a regular fuse in back of head unit.
