Help with Finding a Residential Holiday Park Home - Costa Blanca Please?

I am looking for a mate of mine who is looking to re-locate and retire to Spain, Costa Blanca.

He has two children who will be moving out in the near future and he is looking to retire in a couple of years when he gets to 60.

Not bothered about being on the coast, inland will suit.

Walk to local bars or social club on-site.

Any suggestions please let me know?

I am supposing he has the income to get a visa? He could get an apartment on our golf complex (or others) rather than a residential caravan for around the same outlay, but less monthly fees. We ARE in the Costa Calida though.

Maybe also worth a look at Camposol, Costa Calida, not far from Condado previously mentioned. No fees. Large urbanisation with bars and restaurants, 25 mins to Port of Mazarron. Fantastic beaches also nearby.
