Hello, I have a Compass avantguarde 130 2009, We had a problem with no electrics in rear, I called up a local auto electrician who removed the fusebox and said it was faulty and cant get one. I found one online and bought it but he now says he doesnt fit second hand. Im left with a fusebox and lots of wires with no diagram of where they go. Could anyone help with either wiring diagram or a picture of your fusebox. Thanks in advance.

Good idea, Here is the fuse box. and the controller processed-8a41b1d0-fa56-44fd-a3a4-731af0b73b21_H8oEuWaW.jpeg

I’m sure someone will be able to help. were you left with just bare wires? Are they color coded so they can at least be paired up? are You wed to using the same unit? The answers will help those in the know. If you can find a wiring diagram it should have the color codes 🤔

If it is a direct swap, isn't it a matter of just swapping the wires like-for-like? Cover off, take photos and then duplicate on the replacement?

ah! old one removed and wires left 'naked'. I think your electrician is acting fairly unprofessionally there TBH.

Agreed, but the fusebox was removed and it was going to be repaired. The wires were not left on the fusebox and he wont replace it. Ive found an electrician who is now popping over tomorrow. I have asked him if he can send over any pics in case he has any, not heard back.

I do not know if it would be any help , but if you google Elddis Motorhome owners manuals these can be downloaded going back to 2015 and the Autoquest one has a wiring diagram in it that appears to be using the same fuse box layout.

I would question the attitude of your electrician. I should try and find another auto electrician who just might be a bit more helpful

Thank you, I got it but it is very different, much appreciated.

Although the BCA electrical system controls used in the later Autoquest look different to the Plug-In Systems controls used on your Compass Avantgarde I think you may find that the wiring layout and their colours shown on page 1 of section 16 of the Autoquest manual could be very useful to your electrician if you cannot find an original wiring diagram.
If you do need any other repairs to the electric controls/fuse box www.apuljackelectronics.co.uk show Plug-In systems in their repair listings.

Thank you everyone. I have now had a new fuse box and rewired to newer relays etc all works fine, I did get him to remove the cut out when starting van so i can charge stuff etc in hab.
