Bulb ok, fuse ok but not reading 12v so asume a break in wire. Anyone know how to detect where break is(gadget) and how to fix. 2005 Hymer on a fiat base, any help appreciated 👍

Sounds like you have a multi meter, in which case if you know which cable is the 12v feed, then follow it back a few inches, push a pin or sowing needle into the cable to make contact with the wire inside, and then test between the pin and chassis and see if you get 12v. If you don't get 12v then move down the cable away from the rear light fitting and test again with the pin until you find 12v.

Most rear lights feed to one side and then link across the back of the vehicle to the other light cluster.

My Jokon branded rear lights/indicators stop working every now and then and it's usually tarnishing on the lamp contacts that's the problem and a quick scrub with a glassfibre pen usually sorts them, but I'd try taking another voltage reading using a decent earthing point on the chassis before I started looking for breaks in wires ?

I should (if you can) pull the spade connection off the light fitting and push it back on, they sometimes corrode a bit and break contact, did on mine recently
