Help! Senior Moment...Truma Combi 6E

Apologies in advance but the synapses are not firing this morning....

I am right in saying that the Truma Combi 6E can be used in electric only mode without the need for any water in the system aren't I ?

Quick responses appreciated in case something goes bang!

I wouldn't put the water heater on without any water but you can use the hot air system without water on electric.
If you have these controls it's a bit confusing. Energy dial setting at one or two o'clock , Operating mode dial at 4 o'clock.

You can use the heater on gas or electric with no water in but obviously do not use the water heating function! Make sure you have the dial set correctly:
