Help selecting alloys for a Fiat Ducato Hymer

I have 1 2017 Hymer B668 on a Fiat Ducato base, looking to change the steel wheels to alloys, looking at these:

Vehicle is plated at 4,500kg and I believe I selected tyres which cover this load rating, looking to validate I haven't missed anything as I haven't bought new wheels before. I'm expecting to order the wheels to my house, tyres to local garage and have them fit the alloys. Any suggestions of the best way to get rid of the steel wheels, are they worth anything?

Agree a 2017 Hymer on 16" wheels on a 4500 kg chassis the tyres will be 225 x 75 x 16.

Thanks - Does that mean the wheels are wrong too? I took a look at the tyres recommended on the alloy wheel site and just used those specs.

What is the max load on your rear axle as it usually takes more of the gross weight.

Your tyres are rated at 1150kg each and this might not be enough.

I can't find a site that gives the wheel loading either and you should confirm with the maker that it is sufficient.
Did you notice also that the centre hole requires a ring to match the size? I realise it is supplied but will it then be ok for your probably steel original spare wheel and tyre?

Back axle on our Hymer gvw 4500kg is 2500kg so you need a higher rating I believe something like 116 = 1250 kg and that is just on limit I would go for a little higher to give a bit of reserve. Our tyres are 225 x75 x16

Yes those tyres are OK and the wheels are 6.5j which is OK with that size tyre..
They say the wheels are for the maxi chassis, so should be OK but I suggest you ask they the load rating to make sure.

The 2nd advert for alutec at 1450kg is. But are these the wheels you are looking at on your original posting?

But they would both be the right size (fitting wise) for your van but not the correct loading.

After market alloy wheels can be a bit of a mine field.

Yes, I believe it is the same (I will call to confirm) - so this would be 1,450 per wheel, i.e. enough to cover the 2,500 axle no problem.

As far as I understand the advert I posted they stated 1450kg per wheel so would cover the max axle loading.

I dont know if you have a garage, but our hymer b694 back axle was originally 2400kg, we originally upped it to 2500kg. But with scooter in garage and other kit we were just over 2500 kg so no leeway, then upped again to 2700kg. This involved air assist on rear alko chassis.

If you are changing wheels and tyres might be worth considering if 2500 kg on rear axle is ok for your future needs. We went with 121 load rated tyres.

Thanks all - I called wheelbase and confirmed these are 1450kg - those are ordered and once they get here i'll put the order in for the tyres. Now it's light outside I can see the current tyres are also 225.

No never had them before but after crap Michelin CP's they are heaven. More grip, and such a smooth ride & quiet.
I went for them because other Funsters highly rated the HO9's which the Observe is the replacement for.

205/75 are low profile which have a different rolling radius from the full size so check the size of the ones on the steel rims as you must ensure that your speedo is not compromised.

Probably not, all the winter tyres with blocky treads were directional which I didn't want. I like to swap the spare around to even out the wear.

You should the bolt for alloys are 2mm longer, more important not to use bolts for alloys on steel whells as they can foul on the rear hubs.

We have alloys on ours and handbook says bolts are same for steel or alloys
