Very new to this
My flush system has stopped working, I don’t think it is filling with water but I have water from the taps and from the shower does it not come from the same system?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated ?

Hi the cassette is in correctly and empty. I’m not sure that it has a separate tank I can’t see ones other than the tank in the loo.
It’s a fiat ducato oasis nuventure camper.

Most just pump water straight from your fresh tank into the bowl. When you press the button, the switch just opens the valve and activates the main pump.

Test: Have one person hold the loo flush button, then get someone else to turn on the tap. If water comes through, it's either the microswitch or some wiring that could have gone... plus you have a workaround until it's fixed.

our Elddis had a separate supply for the flush so have a wee look above where the cassette goes in, can you see a wee flap possibly with a lock on it.

Ok have done that water through tap ok nothing happening with the loo. Thanks for your help. I’ve found a fuse could it be as simple or is this just wishful thinking. I’ve read the info it definitely fills from the main tank. Could it be the pump ?

You say that water comes from the taps OK, so that means the pump is working. It's the same pump for all the taps and the toilet flush. The flush button does two things. It turns on the pump, and opens an electrically operated valve just near the toilet.

Maybe you could listen to hear the pump turning on when the flush button is pressed. It's the same sound as when the taps are on. If not, look at the fuse, or maybe a bad connection between the flush button and the pump.

If the pump is functioning OK from the flush button, can you hear a click from the valve, which is quite near where the water squirts into the toilet bowl.

No sound of the pump from the flush button. I’ll change the fuse then if still the same I’ll have a go at removing the pump from the toilet flush tank.
Thanks for your help and advice.

If it fills from the main tank then the pump is ok if water still comes from taps.
If there is a separate flush tank, then there will be a flush pump but check there is water in the flush tank first.
