help please on EC700 Harmony display

Help please,
Just collected our '21 Kemerton from storage & the Harmony display screen looks like this:
NO 'sign' of damp in van - all dry

Any ideas please

Ive parked on driveway with heating on via hookup hoping a bit of warm may help it but realistic its something else?

You could try a reset, I believe it involves pulling the display out and removing and replacing the power feed to the back of it.
Like most things electrical....turn off and on again!

Also, just turning off your main Sargent 12v isolator for 30 seconds may achieve the same result.

tried the usual off on off etc
On hook up /on battery
30 secs 30 mins still the same

Not keen on dismantling anything - sent ticket to Sergeant so will await till Monday & see what they suggest
