Help needed

Hi all I went out yesterday day for the first night away of the year, filled up with water. But when I turned the pump on the water just got bumped under the van and not where the empty tank pipe is another one. I have looked for any leaks and switch that are turned off and all good. Please help.

Could you have a sticky valve from the boiler drain? This happens to mine sometimes when I drain down the system?

Yellow dump valve activated by cold.

Has your boiler dump valve opened in the cold.

Did you close your boiler dump switch or whatever its called. They are there for frost protection.

Sounds like dump valve. What make is your van?

There are two drain pipes. The boiler drain down and the fresh water drain down, a common area for frost damage is the filter below the yellow tape on your picture. This should be manually emptied when draining down or it will crack as the water inside freezes.
