Help needed in finding a fuse,

I have a 3yr old Mclouis fusion with a nordelettronica control panel ,last week a red light appeared ,in the booklet it states a blown fuse on the NE 185/196 shunt ,I do not have the booklet for these .I have checked the fuses on the NE 365 shunt installed so am a loss especially as it has only affected the Truma heater,fridge and water pump as far as i can see.
