Evening all. I have a 2023 Hymer BMC680 Motorhome and we are away and dealers are closed and support is limited.

Our Alde heating display is connected to main and gas in connected. The display is flashing advising I need to unplug the 12v supply and the system will reset.

Can anyone tell us where the 12v heat supply is located… I’ve lifted all floor panels and it looks like a floor of cables..

Can anyone help?

Don't know if it's similar but when mine does that (e.g. if I try to start heating when the gas supply isn't on) I have to switch the control panel off and wait (I think) for 15 minutes whereafter I can switch it on again. It then resets. Mine is a Truma, but maybe the principle is similar.

Can you switch off all 12v on the main control panel.?

I think the OP's problem is that he/she doesn't know how or where to do that...........

Presumably you've looked in the Owner/User manual?

Disregard the Bailey bit!

If you look for the air inlet/exhaust on the outside boiler will be inside !

I would start at removing ehu and switching off everything on the main control panels. That is, powering down completely for a minute or two.

Hymer wire the electrics so the heating can be switched on with the electrics shut down on the panel.

There will be a fuse for the heating (probably 10 amp) either in EBL (Elektroblock) or in a small fuse block beside it.

I don't know exactly, but attached is the manual for pur MH which is the same model. Page 230 seems to be where the heating is. I have fad to edit it into a MS Word document to make it small enough to upload. There is a page with the fuse locations in that LennyHB refers to. I hope it helps.
Good luck

From experience, it would be a good investment to join and pay the subscription. There is a mine of knowledge, information, and mutual support on here.
Pleased that you got sorted.

Nice that the OP came back with a positive result and acknowledgement of thanks.
Nice to see.
All too often people ask for advice, then disappear, never to emerge again.
