Having used the huawei several times at home with no issues I now want to connect whilst in Belgium and it shows a good signal, also shows a good signal on my tablet but when I want to view a Web page it goes to the log in page, I enter the correct password (it won't let me alter login name ). It then says incorrect name or password, I have tried rebooting both from the app and reset button, I have tried upper case and lower case but still won't connect. I have a 3 twelve gig sim in the huawei. Just had a thought is it possible that Belgium is not a feel at home country??

Just had a look Belgium is included

No, look on the app or go to "three single sign on" site cannot remember but think it is international or somesuch and click enable roaming.
It will say you will be charged, ignore that you will not if in a feel at home country!

Thanks for the help Munchie. Three or it maybe me is having a right wobbly to sign in to 3 you have to put your device number in, I put in the 11 digit sim number and 3 then says" number not valid enter an 11 digit number". Which ever way I approach this I seem to be hitting a very solid brick wall

Is your mifi plugged in to computer? I had problems but by connecting mi fi to pooter by USB all was sorted.

You may have done this but if not, by plugging it into computer it will install software which allows you to enable roaming amongst other things.

APN setting maybe within the MIFI...
Been mentioned a few times on here, usually when someone goes abroad for the first time with one.

Do you have a device number as opposed to a sim number? Often called the SSID number? If so it's that you should be putting in, not the sim number.

I'm back home now and have now hopefully sorted it. I have now enabled roaming so should not now have any problems. A big thank you to all of you that helped it is very much appreciated

Just been into the market in benidorm
Guy in phone shop sorted mine for me free of charge.
As the same thing happened to me asking for a password.

That makes me feel better knowing that it wasn't just me :xgrin:
