Hello, I have a 2002 34 foot Thor Hurricane 34R US Motorhome on a V10 6.8 litre petrol Ford chassis. It is stored in Burscough near Southport, Merseyside.

It has a 18 foot wide A&E 8500 awning which is currently off the vehicle laying flat on the ground and needs putting back up but I need help to retension the 2 springs inside the roller. Is anyone able to help with this.

Also the furnace is an Atwood furnace and tries 3 times to light but goes out and flashes error code forban Ignition Lockout Fault which can have several causes. I could use some help or advice for that too.

Please let me know if anyone local can assist.
