No. Google Maps doesn't currently have that option.
The only apps I'm aware of that can do it are all paid. TomTom with Camper add on, Sygic Truck, RoadLords... Might be others.
I find it's rarely an issue, so use Google Maps when driving in my A-class. I've got Sygic for backup.
