Heater/Blower switch

Hi, I have a Fiat 130 ducato 2008 motorhome Bessacarr E635.
The blower/fan switch only working on no.4
The motorhome is still under warranty but I live in Cheshire and bought it from Motordepot in Nottingham so long way to go if I can rectify it myself.
I believe from other forums it is quite normal on this model.
Can anyone help please?

Hi, with regards to the question about the heater blower on fiat ducato, the depot I bought it from have just telephoned me back and said it will be the resistor and they are fixing the problem. Thanks anyway
