Auto Trail F60
We are looking at touring in Europe next year (only got motorhome Nov 23) and can use the EMOVIS tag that we already have.
However the F60 is transit based and has the heated windscreen.
There does not seem to be anywhere to mount it on the black dotted area due to the moulding holding the light & rain sensors etc.
Does anybody have any experience of using the tag with a heated windscreen?
If it will not work through the windscreen, does anybody have other suggestions as to where to mount it (e.g. on the roof light over the cab)?

Wave it out the window when approaching a toll is one suggestion

Where in my car do I place the tag?

The tag must be visible from above in the centre-top of the windscreen so that it can be detected by the transponder by the barrier at the toll plaza. Please read these instructions prior to fixing the tag. The tag should be placed behind the rear view mirror on the shaded / mottled area.

If you have a motorhome with a "Luton" / overhanging sleeping compartment you MUST ensure that the Tag has "line of sight" with the reader (i.e. can see the reader on top of the pole by the barrier). If you install the tag behind the rear vision mirror it may not be able to see the Tag reader and will not work - in this instance you have to put the tag at the bottom of the windscreen BUT ONLY if you do not have an athermic windscreen. Or hold out of the side window when stopped in the toll plaza lane.

Could you stick it to the passenger sun visor and have it in the down position as you approach?

Used mine a lot with heated screen without problem. Mine now just sits in the dash pocket on the top of my Ducato dash.
