We have purchased our new UK sticker in anticipation of travelling to Europe once more. At the moment we have a large white oval GB sticker on the back and the new sticker is exactly the same size, so should cover any difference in colour underneath. My question is....how to remove the GB sticker? We have a heat gun but worry that it might damage the MH body.....would it be better to use a hairdryer? TIA

I have used a heat gun to remove stickers, on a low setting with my hand being able to feel the heat.

Just move the gun away from the 'target' area.

Ok....we got it off with a hair dryer and a plastic food scraper....quite easy. It's left a black line around the edge, I'll have a go with sticky stuff remover.
Thanks for all your suggestions

When removing the stick on headlamp beam converters on the car, I remove the adhesive residue with a square of bog roll dipped in neat screen wash and then pour fresh water over the headlamp. More sophisticated people use a tissue instead of bog roll ... :giggle:

UK stickers are a pain in the butt.
We have had an English couple who live in Spain asking us what country we are from, Spanish people taking pics of our number plate and sticker with their phones.
The Dutch are a bit more clued up had a Dutch man this morning look at my plate and say hello Mr Englishman.
