Morning all!

Me and my wife (both in our 30s) are going full-time from 1st Feb, just putting final bits and pieces in place before we set off for the great adventure!

I have Monzo premium at the moment and have been using that for our travel insurance, but I note it covers trips of up to 45 days.

Our trip will be significantly longer than 45 days! So am curious what insurance people have to cover them as they travel around?

To give some further details of our planned route, we'll be spending Feb-May in the UK/ROI, then we head across the channel to start a 9-10 month journey going across from France all the way down to Turkey.

Just want to make sure we're being sensible in case the worst happens so any advice on this would be hugely appreciated!

Thanks

Backpackers type insurance might be worth looking at as they are often for longer periods . Harvey Carpmart also has long term insurance. Hopefully he will see this. You’re much younger than most of us so Backpackers style shouldn’t be too bad a price thinking about when I did it for my little treasures.

Thanks very much for the link, will indeed check it out!

Thanks to Carolyn too for tagging Harvey in. Love this forum.
