Headrest removal

Hi I have a 1999 Fiat Ducato Autotrail and struggling how to remove front headrests to fit seat covers can anyone help please

There is probably a button on each column where it goes into the seat back which is likely to be hidden by the seat covering material. These are usually on the outer sides and both need to be pushed in at the same time as pulling the rest.
