I did a search and found Blossoms question but no relevant answers. Has anyone found a solution? I imagine that there are more funsters that would welcome your collective input.

I’d like to have the back doors open in the evening and prevent mosquitoes entering the van.
We had one made for our Renault master it’s magnetic works very well gave the measurements didn’t ask for a price wish I had as it cost £325 in the end
I will try and find some photos

Just googled fly screen fiat ducato and 3 came up for the rear door aperture 👍😁 including one from Dethleffs @ £212!

I just put up a standard stretch netting wire and bought some lightweight black mossie netting which I can slide along the wire to access the “boot” area and to close the blinds. I sewed some magnets into the hem to hold the net to the van floor and put some velcro on the sides which sticks itself to the carpet liner.
Cost less than £10

Thanks, yes I did the same but wondered if anyone had successfully used one. I haven’t seen the Dethleffs offering I’ll investigate.

If only I could. I can only admire your skills. I’m afraid I’ll have to look for a pre fabricated arrangement.

We use an expanding shower curtain pole and net with eyelets. Less than £20 and works a treat

Yes these rails work well too. I have one across the sliding door as there is a top kitchen cupboard which intrudes into the sliding door aperture giving a solid base ne end and the over cab cupboard the other. Not a shower curtain pole which are quite chunky, but the smaller diameter one. Again, just a simple hanging net which slides along and “stores” by the passenger seat pillar. A couple of magnets hold in place if windy - the joys of a metal MH! I didn’t think the expanding pole would stay up considering the hard ride and our potholes but it does!

Have you got/can you take a photo ?
My Wildax has/had a fitted flyscreen [which I hardly ever used] but the thread broke and the whole thing unravelled... it's not worth the cost of having it replaced like for like.

So mine is rough and ready!
For the rear, I used a piece of flexible net wire and some of this net which is 3mx4m so enough for at least 2 to cover the back.
It is very light and fine and you cannot really see it is there. I didn’t spend any time today attaching the velcro to the sides.
I sewed a length of cotton twill tape to the bottom edge and sewed in some magnets. When not required I just put it in a loose knot to one side.

For the sliding door, it is a work in progress. I already had a pair of domestic insect net screens for doors from middle of Lidl. So instead of the plain net, I am experimenting with these. About £4 pair.
I bought a telescopic rod from Dunhelm and sewed together the door nets to make one wider pair. They come with magnets already down one edge, so I have kept 3 edges with magnets allowing entry and exit through and one long edge with magnets can be stuck to the van (in my case the hinge side of sliding door).
It is not as tidy as I would like it but because it works, I haven’t yet refined it!
One pair of door curtains is sufficient if the sliding door is only opened halfway.
Determined mozzies would still get in - but would normally keep door shut if they are around, works well for wasps and flies.
We hang up one of these rechargeable lamps when going to bed
