Halowave Halogen Oven

Yup, hubby uses one a lot, he had the standard 'fish bowl' type but now has a slightly different one but they are all pretty good, just beware of buying the smaller sized ones as they tend to be a bit under-powered.

I bought one for use in the MH but found it took up a lot of space so I now use it in the house - a lot! I was a bit sniffy at first about them, but used "properly" i.e. it's useless for roasting vegetables (I don't know why), I find it brilliant and a roast chicken is done quickly and is still moist when cooked. Would I replace it if it needed it? Probably.

I've used an Andrew James one for about 4 years.

Makes great toast, good for ready meals, pies (haven't tried FB ones), roast potatoes, etc.

Before buying it, I considered a microwave or a mini oven/grill, but for me the halogen oven can make toast, which a microwave can't and is easier to keep clean that a mini oven/grill.
