Crystal Palace beat United at Old Trafford
England Cricket Team managed to pull one out the bag.

Oh and in a small beautiful city called Vichy in France in temps of over 37 degrees--
An old fat funster bloke managed to Swim 2.4 miles, jump on a bike and cycle 112 miles with 6000ft of climb before jumping on his feet and running 26.2 miles...
Haganap is an Ironman...
