Full time from 2015 - 2023 just short trips now for a while.
Hymer B584 2001 model.
Hi All,
Does anyone know the key to the above (photo attached) I only recognize the solar, which is parted although working just fine???
I was looking for the boiler fuse as the red light is on, it happens once on a blue moon and is always fine the next day....I hope.

Thanks Lenny,
The pump etc are also running through the same fuse and there ok, so will keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow with the heater.?
The fact that the solar in working ok although the fuse is gone and as you say there are fuses missing, I think I'll get a sparky to check it over...as it's only the second time I've looked at it, both times drawing the same blank...duh.
Thanks for the manual...perfect.

The top fuse is for "heating" but possibly in the context of central heating rather than water heating. Worth checking it anyway - a multimeter is ideal for doing this. You can't always be 100% sure by eye.

The cleverest fuses available now have an led which lights up when they are blown. :)

Thanks DBK,
You're quite right.. I translated it, why didn't I do that before?
Anyway it's still red lighting me on both water and habitation heating although the fan/blower runs?. Unfortunately I don't have a 5amp/32v fuse to try it until tomorrow.

Normally on Hymer's the Truma heater/boiler, fridge electrics & lights around the main rooflight, are all in a separate fuse block beside the EBL so they have permanent power even when the EBL is turned off at the control panel.

Hmmm,.....so changing the fuse will not help? If it's not the fuse what would cause the failure to Ignite?

Low voltage or insufficient gas flow due to gummed up regulator or using butane instead of propane.

I was just about to change over to the other bottle to check on the regulator suggestion, and I tried turning it on one last time before doing so....and low and behold..it fired up??? I've had a consistent 13V on the battery and refilled LPG the other day, so it's a strange anomaly at this point???

Where are you?
If in southern Spain it could be 65% butane.

The EBL has some outputs (intended for the step, auto drain valve, etc) that aren't switched by the 12v on/off switch. These outputs are fused on the EBL.

if you run to empty before you filled uip that would explain the red light which is failed to light gas burner due to air in the pipes

and even mini resetable trips that are direct replacements for blade fuses. when tripped a button pops up, so you can see instantly and a simple press resets it

I've been back in the UK for 4 weeks, I did let it go into the red before filling, but I still had gas at the cooker......I guess it could be some air in the line?
