Hi all In france and ha door will not open from the inside? Any clues and if not where could i go to get it fixed?

Look for your nearest 'Narbonne Accessoire' they can be very helpful and are all over France. Look up in internet for nearest one. I do not know where you are or I could give you directions.

Having seen something like this in another thread its probably a spring thats moved. Unless you are confident I wouldnt open it up, it’ll be like opening up an old alarm clock! I did something similar on the toilet cassette outside locker door to lubricate the workings - springs went flying everywhere! A lot of patience later to get it back together again.
