Can't find anything on a google search, has anyone come across a company that does external screens for standard side windows?
Assuming most condensation occurs because of internal blinds (and heating), it would make sense in the winter to have external side screens, like the windscreen that don't cause so much condensation.

Maybe I need to get my sewing needles out!

TIA

The issue is that side windows are all different sizes and positions. And they're normally double glazed on a motorhome, so there's less benefit anyway.

you could buy the insulation material here

it says internal use only.. so fit to the inside of the window ..

bind the edges with silver gaffer tape and use suction pads to fix to windows

Our external silver screen covers the side cab windows, for the habitation windows I bought quIlted insulating material and made roll up blinds by making a case for them out of material. This works really well, no condensation! https://www.harrisonstrimsupplies.co.uk/Quilted-Silver-screen-material
Just the kind of answer I was looking for, thanks.
Are you quilted windows on the outside, or just providing more insulation from the inside?

I have a set of Silverscreen covers on classified as I speak. Because they are external there is no internal condensation.

Thanks Phil, I've got an external cover for the windscreen and cab side windows, looking for covers for all the hab windows.

Sorry, I didn’t say! They are on the inside.

I believe Minster screens do one off specials. The problem would be attaching them outside side windows

Although new MH owners we have used caravans for years and never suffered condensation on Had windows as they are normally double glazed. Cannot say I've ever seen a MH or caravan with external covers over tab windows.

Wish the edit didn't disappear on posts. Didn't check my spelling enough. Had > Hab and tab > Hab

I've never used external covers on habitation windows, just external ones for the cab, however what I have done in the past is made pads/insulated covers to fit inside the windows between them and the blinds, also made internal pads for the roof vents too. These weren't for condensation purposes but to help retain heat and also to act as shades in the summer to keep the heat out and they really DO make a heck of a difference. You can buy the material and make your own from scratch (you'll need edging as well) or buy a cheap set of internal cab covers and adapt them as it usually works out chaper that way.
