Hab Door Blind Cord Snapped

4 days in to our Spanish trip and the Hab door blind cord has snapped on our Carthago - not sure I would be able to fix this myself, any suggestions or ideas please? Can’t believe this has happened in the place that we will most need it Will probably go to a Chinese shop and buy one of those dangly door blind thingy’s if I can’t sort it out

Our door blind broke. It's fiddly to fix, but it can be done. Just need cord of the correct type and diameter, and replacement double sided foam tape... And about 2 hours of trial and error.

Ours was broken when we got our Rapido, the wife U tubed it, and re-threaded a complete new piece of cord to ours. hardest bit was getting the right diameter of cord. too thick and it won't slide up & down. think its about 2mm.

I did ours which was fairly straightforward with a little patience. I used a thick darning needle which enabled me to thread through the pleats a few at a time. The bottom section pulls up and out from the clips. At the top slide out the two cord ends. Then just spread it out on a table and thread the new cord while pulling out the old one.
