I wanted something compact to use is and out of the van. I bought a Grillex Brazilian Barbecue. It just goes on the hob. Amazon product ASIN B0035FZPQ6We have tested it at home and are happy with the results.

I like the way that all the fat drips into the tray at the bottom so it is healthier. And I can use it inside the house/van and on an outdoor burner. The model I have is improved as it is non stick so cleans easily.

I am going to see if I can get some to sell at shows.

We dont have an oven in our van and this is easy to clean so Im happy with it. Tried a Cadac and sold it as it was too bulky and too much hassle to clean.

Looks a but expensive for what it is we have a fan assisted portable charcoal bbq from lidl thats pretty good too
Amazon product ASIN B008ZSNNSA is the same thing I think exactly but from memory we paid about £40
