It seems that after 10 days on site my grey water tap was left open.

Just noticed that the grass is much greener under my van as a result.

Good man or bad man?
I never close my tap and when on site it drains in to a plastic bag full of grass

If it's so bad, why does the grass grow?

I have never seen the grass die with Gray water the worst part is the bits of fat and crap we just filter it out
but we very rarely use a site

never known graye water to stink when run on to well drained lawn or grass the only time that Gray water would smell is it was a stagnating puddle.
I have followed folks who have allowed there Gray water to run on to the grass never notest any smell even in the height of summer.
filtered Gray water on well drained ground dose not pose any risk in my opinion.

so it never entered your head that in 10 days the grey tank didn't fill up ? :ROFLMAO:

In our caravan days I had a long piece of plastic drain pipe for the grey waste that I ran to the hedge .. in fact it was encouraged by site owners to put grey into the hedge row rather than putting into the site tank,, .. but dropping it on the pitch is a no-no ... it does make the ground soggy and will smell eventually.

No because we were emptying our washing up water straight into the drain so it was only hand washing water really.

I went out last night with my little blue bucket to drain it off but there was nothing there.

You have to think how happy would you be to turn up at that pitch and see a load of ol veg and fat on it and a smell. I bet all the ones that do just let it go would be the first to moan.

There wasn't any of that in my grey tank.

I think you ought to report yourself to yourself and then defend yourself as you prosecute yourself in the resulting case so that you can judge yourself whether you were good or bad.

Simple you see :D
