Looks to be a generic type of tap. On my Autotrail it is simply push fit friction to the grey waste pipe. Hold the pipe and give a good twist and yank apart. But it may be solvent weld glued.
There may be a silly insert baffle in the outlet. That is again usually friction fit and a wide screwdriver blade should enable that to twist out.
I appreciate this doesn't answer your specific question but maybe this previous thread gives you some ideas.....if its fat and grease thats causing the blocksge it may well be in the pipes as well as the valve

I have just fitted what looks like an identical tap to my van, it may well be stuck on to the waste pipe so it may be difficult to remove. You could just run through plenty of water to clear it, I use a hose pipe at low pressure in a sink and just let it run for twenty minutes or so.
