Can anyone give advice grey water pipe on Autotrail Apache 634L has become detached from water tank any advice on access 👍

There are two screw on access / drain caps on the bottom of the tank. I would have thought you could unscrew one of them and put your hand through to get to the back of the outlet pipe.

Is there an inspection hatch. You would have expected the original fitters to reach the pipe connections through there. See your local plumber merchant's for fittings.

Daft question but have you tried pushing the pipe back onto the tank? Ours is push fit at all joints including into the ball valve in the tank - but there are various types out there so if you could get some piccys that might help

Thanks to all for the replies. It is the screw in type of waste and the in tank but has come off. Not a great design! However I am having difficulty undoing the access port which has not been removed I guess since new. Also need a ramp really. Trying to figure out how to get more pressure on the port but it’s plastic so need to be a bit careful. Will nip down to the plumbers supply and see if there is a suitable push fit boss or something. Thanks will update. Sue & Roger 👍👍👍

If you need a bit more room underneath try parking with two wheels on a curb. May give you just enough and safer than some jacks.

or use a couple of concrete blocks under the wheels, but leave van in gear, handbrake hard on and chocked to prevent movement

The other option is speak to your local garage if big enough, they may help you at the end of a working day
