Great service from Roadpro

We have an NDS 2000w pure sine inverter wired to all the van sockets which has been functioning flawlessly for two and a half years till recently.

It’s a weird fault, it will draw 100amps fro hair dryer but won’t charge the coffee maker or operate the induction hob. So it’s working, but not fully, and sometimes intermittently.

As luck would have it, it’s also out of warranty. Back to Roadpro today to have it checked, they get the same fault, being swapped over now, no charge and apologies for the inconvenience. Great service, well done Roadpro!

That’s disappointing. Was that lithium kit that you’d bought from them? I know they won’t work on any kit/install that they haven’t supplied themselves.
They are certainly busy, 3 Motorhomes in today. All for lithium/inverter installs.

Yes, I have had good service from them. Not so keen on some of the NDS kit which they sell.

No it was a fogstar battery and victron solar controller I'd fitted but emailed them to see if they would have a look at it with a view to optimising this with the current alternator and get them to fit another solar panel, an inverter and new b2b charger to ensure I can get the most out of it. If they don't work on anything they don't fit then it would at least have been good to have been told that.
