Easy question, I trust. We are travelling back to uk next Tuesday and like to fill the freezer with seafood for our return. Gravelines is clearly popular as a last night stopover, but will there be fresh fish for sale on Monday … or is empty fish shops just something historic from the past?

Can't say iv seen fish for sale in gravelines, but then again iv never really looked.
You want somewhere with a good indoor market.
They have a good fish stall in the super u supermarket close by but no different than any supermarket.

There's a shop that sells fresh fish but never seems open when we there called Poissonnerie Mené.

Friday is market day, there is usually a good fish stall.

there Is a supermarket just before Dunkirk it had a large fish shop separately from the supermarket
