hi everyone, is anyone going this year,? We've never been and are unsure of motorhome parking etc,, I've been on there site but can only find camping with tents!!
It's probably me, I am a technophobe.

However if you are interested in going next year they do have provisions for motorhomes

Take your wellies though....for the price they charge for camping, they should provide better access roads.

Large and quite expensive temporary camp site with portacabin type loos and showers.
It's a few years since we last went but at that time there was electric hook-up available at extra cost, powered by huge (and noisy) generators.
At that time the site was just across the road from Goodwood House.

We went this year and stayed in campsite H which was very convenient for the event.

Not going next year but have booked for the Revival instead, including camping on H. Electric is included.


For the FOS you can arrive at camping from 12.00 on the Wednesday, and stay until (I think) 10 am Monday. So you get absolutely maximum time possible at the event.

Pitches were clearly marked out and large. Not too noisy but I think it depends who is nearby - if you end up near to a group of 3 or 4 tent loads of lads who want to sit up talking in a drunken manner until the small hours, it can be noisy. But someone probably had a word with them cos it only happened on one night.

Can’t say how good showers etc are, as we used our on board facilities.
