Well, ready to start again and this happens. It took me a few minutes to track down where the constant beeping was from but in the end the Goldschmidt remote was the source. scrolling its menu showed a red warning "Pressure too low".

Not sure whether this means "fluid level low" or what, as the jacks are not currently being operated so wouldn't expect there to be any pressure.

Any advice appreciated.

Extract from instructions,

5.2 While the vehicle is in motion The jack system constantly checks the pressure in the hydraulic system. This is also done while the vehicle is in motion. An alarm signal will be heard from the control unit should the pressure drop unexpectedly. Stop at the earliest opportunity. Switch the control unit off and on again to turn off the alarm. Then run the Retract jacks automatically function. If the fault is cleared by this, there is no fault in the hydraulic system. In this event you may continue with your journey. If you hear the alarm again, contact your specialist workshop.

Thanks. Haven't located my instructions yet as I've just started up the engine, jacks up and vehicle stationary. I'll try this and see what happens.

One year on and the same again. It's like groundhog day. I've been hearing the beeping every time the ignition is on over this winter and completely forgetting that it happened last year, search for the source of the noise and do a search on this site.
Result of search? My post (this one) from last year. Feel so foolish:rolleyes:

Is there any pressure in the system while not raising or lowering the jacks?

Sounds like there may be pressure to keep them in locked up position? So if pressure drops the jacks could deploy whilst moving? Not a nice thing to happen?🤔

Other than this extract that I obviously put on a year ago I would only be guessing and saying the same as Speve.
