I suppose a bit of both, we've had 2 Globecars, the first one a Familyscout L was from SMC and the second a Campscout was from JC Leisure (they don't do them now), so I know a fair bit about those models having fettled them and got to know their intricacies. I think the Summits were originally the 'H' line models whereas the Familyscout, Campscout and Roadscout are 'D' line ones with different finishes and possibly of a different quality as there was some comments about this on other threads, eg this one:Minxy, is the Minxipedia to do with Globecar models or with SMC Newark? I'm interested in possibly getting a Globecar Summit at some stage and going on whats been posted here SMC Newark is an option?
Time for a Globecar
I've just taken this pic for someone else but I thought I would post it up here. I was wondering if any of the D-Line Globecars had the blue LED lighting option:

I found the SMC brothers to be arrogant and ignorant a lot of the time, one was a lot worse than the other, our experience of them wasn't great nor the treatment we received generally, the only caveat is that the last lot of real dealings we had with them was back in 2018 just before we change to the Campsout so they may have improved since then.
