I've decided to start a new thread as the old one went off at a bit of a tangent :D

I've updated/replaced the below ad on Ebay with new photos etc.

Just had a look at the link really well spec'd camper looks great.
Good layout as well (y)

I liked on this advert (as the other) how you’d got round the 12 picture maximum (y) Will remember the trick should I ever sell anything on eBay again.

Good luck with the sale

Sold to some lovely funsters ... I'll let them say who they are! :D

Congratz! Nice to see a much loved and fettled van transferring between funsters. :)

Well done. Time to start looking for another Smart now I suppose, as you’ll have space in your driveway

That was quick, well done. Thinking of selling our Globecar Campscout so was interested in the price and how quick it went.

You are sooooooooooooooo MEAN trying to tempt me ... put these words in the right order:

... chance not a hell in cat ... (or a dog for that matter!).

Well done Mel pictures and details you produced looked great. I know where to come when I need to sell mine(y)
Steve

I can’t get anything sensible from rearranging those words, but try this:

God, grant me the serenity to accept the Smarts I cannot change,
Courage to change the Smarts I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.

My name is Mel and I haven’t changed a Smart in 46 days.

or ...

God, grant me the serenity to forgive Mr Chrysalis :pray2:
Courage to stand-up and fight against his temptation :boxing:
And wisdom to know when to duff him up and not get found out! :sneaky:

Walked past your place on Friday, I wont say either.

OoooOooooooOooooOoooooo ... nice .... :p

but no!!!! I shall resist!!! :pray2:

What is the trick?
Using Powerpoint and combining pictures together then selecting them all and saving as a single picture so it qualifies as 1 Ebay picture but shows more images.

This was my Familyscout 'presentation':

Well folks, it was a long, long day on Monday, what with a train power supply breakdown between Crewe and Manchester, so a diversion via Stafford only added 90 minutes to our journey time to collect Chris and Mel's Globecar.

We must say, it's been the smoothest purchase we have ever experienced, (even bought a "tent" of a type)

So the handover proceeded a little later than planned but the run back to Shropshire went without a hitch, parked up and locked the security post at 10.00pm.

Sorry, the other images I intended to upload are refusing to do so.

Congratulations Mel and Chris (y)
;) Does that make them a GOAFER too.

Well done Neville and Lynda, enjoy your new motorhome, its been far too long since our paths crossed. (y) Bob and Janie.

Yes they're GOAFers too (Globecar Owners And Fettlers) ... they've emailed me and said they've already been fettling! :D

I must say they are an absolutely lovely couple and I couldn't have wished for a better home for the camper ... (y)
