Hi,
We’re hoping to visit Glasgow in the next couple of weeks. Has anyone got any recommendations for overnight stopovers with easy transport links into the city. Are there any recommendations for suitable car parks also.
TIA

Glasgow just introduced an LEZ this week so make sure you check out vehicle compliance.

The science centre allows MH parking. Been meaning to use it for a while but haven't found the time to get over there yet.

24hr parking at the Riverside Car Park but not sure if overnight camping is allowed. Maybe worth a telecall?
Someone recently put a review on searchforsites, theres alsoa few reviews for a car park off High street in the city centre.

If you're a member of the CMC they have a CL just outside Bailliston, or you could stay at Strathclyde park and get the train in from Bellshill, we do this and it's an easy walk or under £5 in a taxi.

Never been but this site is handy for getting in and out city http://www.reddeervillageholidaypark.co.uk/

If it's for the car park in Blackfriars Road I THINK this may now be inside the LEZ but not sure. May just be the part of Blackfriars Road that's on the other side of High Street.

The LEZ is just the city centre - there is little / no reason to take a MH in there ;)
