having other issues but may be user error. on system fitted by vanbitz we have 11kg and 6kg bottles via a 3 position valve. One bottle is green other is amber/red, if we put it on both bottles nothing even if we leave gas taps pressed in for a while probably why boiler isnt working too. Will fill up now on A1 tomorrow morning as we are off to Northumberland/Scottish borders later tonight but probably in the morning now.

So far all valves on, no gas so looks either faulty new gauge or there is a way of resetting regulator adj

Have you checked that the manifold taps are on inside your MH?

Has the gas ever worked for you (cooker, fridge etc.) since the system was fitted?

All I see in post 2 is red marker.
If I suspected a change over valve issue I would disconnect it and pipe the bottle direct to inlet reg

So that says the auto change over has switched to the second cylinder, which I suspect is the rear bone as it shows as full, check it’s on

via a 3 position valve
Where / what is this “3 position valve”?

All I can see is the auto change over valve. This only has two positions. Gas cylinder 1 or 2. The white part of the CO valve has a pointer on it that allows you to select the primary cylinder, where gas will be taken from, indicated by green segments in white part, until no gas is available. Then the segments will go red, and the valve will take gas from the non primary cylinder. The white pointer won’t move when change over is automatically done, only the change from green to red segments indicate the cylinder swap has happened.

Thanks everyone all sorted, somehow managed to get 30 litres in when filling up which makes sense they were both empty. What baffled me was rear was heavy so wrongfully assumed it was full....
