gaslow problem please help

we have a gaslow problem i think

i spoke to them and they said that i had some bad gas the problem is

using 1 ring is fine
if we try to use 2 both have a very high slow flame, yellow/blue very dangerous also the heater after 10 mins trying to get a higer temp, keeps cutting out

we ran the gas out and then refilled and the problem is the same



we are not back until july and is there anything i can do to sort it until i can get repaired
i belive it is the regulator

If it is still under warranty,get their agent to fix the problem
