We recently had one gaslow refillable gas bottle fitted, keeping one red flogas next to it. The gaslow bottle is full.

We have found that when I turn on the gas from the gaslow bottle, the change over regulator doesn't switch from red to green. Whilst we do get gas to the oven, the fridge does not work as efficiently as when on flogas.

When I turn off the gaslow bottle and open the flogas, the regulator switches to green as per the image below, the fridge works properly:

Is the yellow gaslow valve the only on/off valve? I can'e see any thing else anywhere.

I understand that the the gas in the flogas bottle and the gas from the pump is the same thing, so should be as effective. Is that right or are they different and one less effective as the other?

Seems like there is a pressure drop between the cylinder and the regulator.
Might need to go through a process of elimination.
I would, feed the regulator from the opposite sides to check the inlets to the regulator, if still a problem then look at switching the hoses over from one side to the other. If the hose seems ok then you might be looking at a problem with the gaslow bottle valve.
