Do any of you know where I can get a Spanish gas bottle filled on the Algarve, l have just been to Boliqueime as I knew he refilled foreign bottles but the pump is out of action. Any suggestions ?

Why don't you just pop across the border to one of the filling stations nearest the border (eg Ayamonte) to see if you can do a Spanish bottle exchange there?

Yes that is my last resort. I am asking about the Algarve. I know that I can go to Spain.

See if you can buy and swap a bottle off a Spanish caravaner/motorhomer who is heading home ?
Otherwise it's a day out in Spain!
