Have a problem with our oven in a 2016 Benimar 201. Press the oven ignite button and everything works. i.e. it lights OK. But for however long I depress the button the gas immediately goes off. Tried a couple of mobile companys for help and not received a reply. Any ideas?

Is it Thetford? Had a similar issue with mine and there wasn't quite enough gas flow.

I didn't believe the top tips I found but pull off the knob, put a small bit of scrunched tin foil in the knob fitting, put the knob back on and see what happens. Took me a couple of goes for the right amount of foil but oven and grill work again fine.

It sounds like the thermal coupling which is a flame fail device I am afraid you‘ll have to get to the burner and to the button to replace it , Good Luck
