Can anyone post a video/information on how to replace or clean gas jets on a 1999 Hymer?

Tried YouTube? 3 way fridges have some differences but effectively, remove them, brush them and blow them other compressed air. Will be some other useful jobs to do while you have the fridge out (cleaning the flue, checking igniter and thermocouple)

Remove the jets and use compressed air or a proper tool to clean them. Can't use any old piece of wire I was told ..

The top cap is held on by 2 screws, when removed you get access to the jets, I seem to remember you hold the outer hex wit a ring spanner and then unscrew the jet it’s self.
Just looked at my photo of the original hob and that had 4 screws to remove the shroud

The best thing to use is fuse wire, it's tough enough to clean the jet but soft enough not to damage it. I thread it though the injector and hold one end in my teeth then run the injector up and down and spin it round. That way any dirt will be moved.

My screws have rusted badly, can't even get a screwdriver head in. WHAT OPTIONS FOR GETTING THEM OUT?

I had that problem and used a dremel type tool too cut a slot across the head , so I could use a flat blade screwdriver and the replace screws with stainless steel ones

Drill them out ..... You only need a small drill, not one the size of the head itself, you're only drilling down into the the threaded part, where the head will then snap off

Or you can buy screw extractors, where you drill into the screw which eventually grips tight then unscrews the screw.

Fine fuse wire and soak them in isopropyl alcohol or brake cleaner for 15 minutes ,, then they will be foine ,, I did all mine in My Adria 3 Hobs and 2 in the oven /grill
