GAS Issues

Hi,
On site nr Ludlow...........microwave started smoking while heating up hot chocolate yesterday. Unplugged and removed from cabinet....1 issue resolved!!
Now issue 2.. low gas pressure. Switched from a LPG Propane that I thought would be empty soon (still gas coming out though?) to a new full one, still very low pressure.....grill not fully lit & when trying to put another jet on, pressure so low, it goes out. Any help very welcome?

Regulator filling with gung.
Can't be fixed so new reg needed.

your gas regulator could well be partially blocked causing the gas pressure to be reduced
Being an Elddis its probably got a Truma bulkhead regulator either 8mm or 10mm and is easily changed
most caravan / motorhome dealers keep them

It could be your regulator thats at fault many take a spare as its a common problem

If you can boil a small amount of water given the low gas, pour it over the regulator might help? Is it the crash safe type if so push the green button in for ten seconds.

Another vote for regulator as the likely culprit.

I carry a spare but have thankfully not yet had the need to use it.

Sadly I'm nowhere near Ludlow or you would have been welcome to my spare.

Hope you find somewhere open tomorrow.

We live in Tenbury just 8 miles away and I have a new spare gas regulator, you welcome to have it and get it replaced as there’ll be nothing open now, I’ve attached photos of what I have, pm me if required.

We also carry a spare but in Portugal, also carry a spare Alde heating pump, brand new changed the van now Truma but for what space it takes up would rather have it handy if like the op someone was stuck.
