Aww man I really hope someone can help here. Just got our used Bessacarr E560, 2008 but can't get the heating/hot water to work. I have a feeling the gas isn't getting through SO wondering if any of you know where the isolation tap is located? Found the cooker one (below the cooker) but assuming there are more, somewhere else 🤔

Have you pressed the crash protection button on the valve in the gas cupboard?

The button is green on our 2012 e562

If it’s not that I think all the valves will be next to each other, 3 or 4 different colours but couldn’t say for sure.

MisterB had the same MH but the swift version so might know?

Three in the cupboard below the fridge from memory, hope that helps?

Found it! Had then switched the wrong way 😄😄 Thank you so much 🙏
I changed mine to a four way and added an external bbq/gas point. Really simple to do if you're brave enough to cut the hole in the van wall ... As it's on the side where the awning was on our Bolero it worked out really well!

That's a great idea!
