Gas Emissions at DPF 97

We have a benimar 122 year 2019 fiat ducato 2.3 just been told emissions at 97 any thought on how to deal with it found some that come out and clean or been told it needs to be taken off to cleaned thank you

I¡d have though the garage would be able to suggest what the problem was? Dpf? Catalyst? sensors?

I had a deisel car a few years ago which failed the emissions test, garage put a bottle of wynnes pre-mot emissions reducing stuff in, ran it for 10 minutes round the block, retested it and it passed. I did the same before the next MOT and it passed again

autotrican says Dpf at 97% we can get yorkshire dfp they come and sort at your home ,they say as good as garage ,.garage says they are better
