Has anyone got a recommendation for a mount for a Garmin 780 camper sat nav mount, 7" screen.
The suction cup is not great and the ball and socket clip on attachment doesn't hold the screen in place over the bumps, so I'm looking for alternatives please.

How does that attach to the dash ?
It's got a non slip base and you place it on a flat surface. It's quite solid and doesn't move around.

I found a long arm holder on ebay which worked like a charm. Suction cup to the windscreen and a long arm so it reached almost to the edge of the dash. I think I still have it somewhere. PM me your address and I'll dig it out and send it to you. Be a couple of weeks though as I am hobbling around on crutches at the moment.

I use one of these in the van. It has an adhesive base that you stick on the dasboard. So successful was it in the van, got a second one for the car.

I use this, the disk goes on top of the clip board in the middle of the dash the suction cup goes onto that.

Says for Nuvi but its the same and is removable. It's never fallen off.

I used that when we had the Comanche, the flat disk was actually that well adhered to the Fiat clip I had to leave it on 😀

I have the same now using a larger 895 Garmin and it doesn’t budge
