Fuse

No power to the 12 v permanent socket checked all the fuses I can find any one know please

If your Motorhome is Fiat based and you mean the dash/cab 12v sockets there could be a fuse/relay box under the bonnet with the 12v dash socket fuses. (these fuses are in this location on Fiat Ducato 290 series vans)

It's the permanent 12v by the cooker the cab works OK but have to have the engine running

Sorry, yes the fuses I suggested are only live with the engine running and I cannot help with the permanent one you have. (could it have its own fuse at/near the supply battery ? )
