  • How do you test a 30a blade fuse with a multimeter?
  • How do I get into this distribution/fuse box* to remove the fuse I want to test?

  • Is the green 30a fuse likely to be the fridge fuse?

Setting 11.
Or 12 will give an ohm reading with no beep.

Or maybe even a crowbar

Depends on your multimeter. It may or may not have a continuity test. Otherwise use the Ohms setting, which may just show as an Omega character. Shown below! Cross the two probes and it should read 0. Then put a probe on each blade of the fuse. If it's blown the measure will be a very high number. Possibly 9999. If the fuse is OK, it will be very low. 0.1 or 0.2 ohms or thereabouts.

Looks like the cover either swings up.... 2 hinges at the top..... Or the two hinges are actually clips to release the cover.

To remove the fuse ideally use a 'blade fuse puller' .. cheap off Amazon.. or as most people use, long-nose pliers, but you risk breaking the fuse...

Yes, it's the fuse with the snowflake symbol below it. Note that the 30A fuse is for the fridge 12V heater element, which is on only when the engine is running. The fuse for the fridge control board will be different, so the relevant fuse depends what problem the fridge is showing.
