Well when we had our Boat we always used https://www.funkymonkeyboatnames.co.uk/ youngest who is in the marine trade also uses them.

Try your local company that sprays trucks and the like. They will have a good "signwriter"/ vinyl applier or know of one. A good firm will be able to cut one out of quality vinyl to your design and colour.

Got ours from Ebay. Came very quickly and colour and font was just what we wanted.
